Customer Service Specialist - Hybrid Remote! M-F First Shift Hours!

Key Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to incoming customer/agent/employer inquiries
- Assists customers with financial transactions
- Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions and administration of the plan and the processing systems related
- Resolves routine errors requiring corrective processing
- $19.00/hour starting pay
- Hybrid (50% in office, 50% at home) remote work!
