Chad Delligatti, CEO

Since joining InnoSource in 2000, Chad has served in multiple leadership roles, setting the groundwork for what InnoSource is today: a leading human resource, staffing and data agency.  Chad’s passion and commitment to excellence are the foundation for InnoSource’s work and culture, separating InnoSource from other staffing and data companies.

Chad is active in the central Ohio community, and is proud to serve on the boards of directors for many philanthropic organizations. The Columbus Chamber of Commerce named Chad to its Board of Directors, where he served from 2016 to 2021. Chad is a member of the Columbus Partnership and supports One Columbus Organization and its mission to generate opportunity and capacity for economic growth in the Columbus Region.

Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
