Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote administrative support to the field sales associates (region managers and Fleet Solutions Sales Managers)
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Pull invoices and conduct audits
  • Sales performance scorecard tracking and analysis
  • Process rebate program submissions and track program usage
  • Create SOPs / How-To guides for field sales associates
  • Manage shipping materials for customer events
  • Process billing corrections and provide pricing support
  • Additional duties as assigned or needed
