Key Responsibilities

After completing 10 weeks of paid training, you will be comfortable with:

  • Handling incoming calls from existing customers
  • Answering customer service-related questions
  • Resolving customer inquiries 
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting customers with billing issues
  • Taking payments and assisting customers with payment options
